This key deliverable focuses on the implementation of a Quality and Evaluation Plan (D4.1) based on the expected results defined from the project’s logical framework matrix. This plan will include specific procedures to ensure quality in each work package, as well as a contingency plan in case of need. It will form the fundamental basis for quality control activities, determining the tools, success criteria and timetable for activities.
Partners involved in quality control were responsible for preparing this plan in collaboration with the consortium, using evaluation surveys to gather feedback on the quality of activities and services provided to participants (D4.2).
Periodic internal and external reports assessed the results of activities and highlight warnings of critical situations. A mid-term interim report, produced by the external evaluator, proposes recommendations for improving project management (D4.3).
The final deliverable is a report of good practice recommendations for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS), based on a literature review and practical experience (D4.4).
Finally, the final report, prepared jointly by the Quality Control Committee (QCC) and the external evaluator, will assess the quality of the project’s activities and results over the 36 months of its implementation (D4.5).
