To achieve this, we undertook an in-depth literature review on “ICT and Quality Assurance”, highlighting the positioning of Algerian universities in this field (D1.1).

At the same time, we carried out a literature review on the digitization of processes and dashboards in order to identify best practices and available tools (D1.2).

Using the knowledge acquired, we set up a questionnaire to collect relevant data (D1.3).

Once the data was collected, we analyzed it to understand the specific needs of users and to characterize the different groups involved in the project (D1.4).

On the basis of this analysis, we drew up a global information system architecture to guide the development and integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into the university’s quality assurance process.

This architecture will ensure the coherence and efficiency of the system by aligning the various technological components with the identified objectives and needs (D1.5).

At the same time, we have set up a permanent evaluation process and corrective actions.

This process has enabled us to measure the effectiveness of the new technologies implemented, identify any gaps or problems, and take the necessary corrective action to maintain the quality of processes and results (D1.6).
