DIGITAQ project deliverables related to Dissemination & Exploitation focus on the preparation of a coordinated dissemination and exploitation plan, involving work package 5 coordinators and all partners, in order to communicate effectively with target groups (D5.1). This plan sets out a methodology, a defined message, and identifies target groups, tasks and means of communication, enabling the dissemination actions carried out by the partners to be monitored.
The DIGITAQ team has develop an essential website that brings together all project documentations (D5.2). This site is built around an open source application, enabling easy access for all partners, and will offer tools and services in three languages: French, Arabic and English.
The communication kit developed by DIGITAQ, to be used by all partners for their communication and dissemination activities (D5.3).
Finally, deliverable D5.4 is focused on the regular production of articles and press releases throughout the project. Each partner contributed by producing at least one article and/or issuing one press release every 6 months.
These publications aim to inform and involve other Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and stakeholders in the digitization process, thus helping to raise the project’s profile.
